Here at Ezone we have over twenty years experience providing support services for our clients. We are now drawing on this experience to reinvent our support offering, with a strong emphasis on being proactive.
Most ongoing support services only look at your site when specifically asked. This means that if something stops working on your site and you don’t notice then it could be a problem on your site for quite some time before it is picked up on.
With our Proactive Support plan we work on the understanding that building your site is just the beginning. A website requires constant maintenance and monitoring to ensure it functions as well as it can and with this new service we will do just that:
Every month we will conduct a review of your site and action changes that we identify as being beneficial. You’ll then get a report each month detailing what we have done and any ongoing work that we will be carrying on the following month.
In addition to this you get a whole host of other great features such as staff training, content updates, a personalised client dashboard, security scans and more.

The standard rate for this plan starts from £170/month depending on the complexity of your website.

| At the start of each month we perform a review of your website, ensure that everything is up to date, displaying correctly and look for any changes that could be made to improve the site either visually, in the admin area or in terms of performance and security.Any quick fixes we will implement straight away and anything that requires more work we’ll discuss with you first. Features covered by the review include: Security, Performance, Links, Admin Functions, Plugins, Updates, Users and accessibility. |
| Unlimited Content Updates |
| Want to do an update on your site but don’t have time? Just send it through to us and we’ll do it for you. There’s no limit to the number of updates to text and images that we will do for you each month leaving you free to focus on other things. |
| Staff Training |
| Have new staff that will be working on your website? Just let us know and we’ll set them up and can even do an online training session to show them how to make content edits on the site. |
| A Personalised Client Dashboard on Your Site |
| Login to your site and we’ll provide you with a record of everything we’ve done on your site right there in your dashboard along with lots of other useful information and an easy contact form. |
| Minor Code Modifications |
| Small tweaks to code such as changing a line, or adding a simple third party script such as analytics to the website is included in this service. |
| 5% Off Development |
| While larger development work is not included in this service it does qualify you for a 5% discount on any development that you want us to do. |
| Software Updates |
| We’ll ensure that WordPress, plugin and theme updates are applied to the site after they have been released and we are satisfied that they are ready to apply to the site. |
| Security Scans |
| We’ll do weekly security scans on your site to keep it as safe and secure from malware and other attacks as possible. |
| Uptime Monitoring |
| We’ll actively monitor your site so that we know if it goes down for any reason and can take action to get it back online. |
| Broken Link Checks |
| Over time links can stop working as pages they link to cease to exist or have changes of address. This can be bad for the user experience and also for search engines. We will run regular checks on your site to catch links that may have stopped working. |
| Premium Plugins |
| An added benefit of our support service is access to a number of premium plugins to improve functionality on your website, we use these to enhance your websites performance, security and usability. |
| Monthly Report |
| Each month you will receive a report detailing the status of your site and what we have done on it that month. |
