We know that during the Festive period a lot of our clients will still be working and will require our support with their websites. So if you fall into this category the Ezone Support Festive Timetable is below. This covers support for WMS websites and websites on Ezone’s WordPress service:
– Monday 22nd December: Email support 9am to 5pm
– Tuesday 23rd December: Email support 9am to 5pm
(Wednesday 24th to Friday 26th December: Support closed)
– Monday 29h December: Email support 9am to 5pm
– Tuesday 30th December: Email support 9am to 5pm
(Wednesday 31st December to Friday 2nd January: Support closed)
– Monday 5th January: Email support 9am to 5pm – normal Support service resumes for 2015!
Support response times may be longer than usual and phone support will not be available until Monday 5th January. Some support tasks may require to be re-scheduled to January 2015.
